“My research starts from the evocative power of the ink stains, in front of a formless image the human mind tends to view unconscious forms that often describe the shaded part of ourselves. The relationship with our shadow is a memorable enigma. Also oxidised, irregular, imperfect, unfinished and consumed forms evoke a natural process ... the transience of existence. Everything comes closest to the nonexistence, everything becomes more delicate and evocative.”
