Richard Norris Brooke (Warrenton, Virginia, October 20, 1847 - April 25, 1920) was an American artist. He visited Holland, Paris, London, and The Hague, in 1887–92 and studied with Emile Carolus-Duran and Benjamin Constant in 1888. He was the vice-principal and an instructor at the Corcoran School of Art, 1902–17.
