A torrential storm falls on one of the most picturesque areas of the city of Granada, where the Darro River runs along the street leading up to the neighborhood of the Generalife. Degrain with this view achieves a very high levels of lyricism and melancholy that will become common to all his work. It was acquired in 1882 by the Prado Museum.
