Vietnamese lacquer artist Pham Hau (1903 - 1995) was highly revered for his naturalist depictions of the country’s landscape. The Golden Age of Vietnamese Paintings was during the years 1930- 1945, and heralded in new art forms that transformed the country’s creative expression.
