Alfredo Guttero (Buenos Aires, 1882 - Buenos Aires, 1932) was an Argentinian artist. Guttero spent most of his professional life studying and working in Europe. He left in 1904 by the Argentine government scholarship and lived until 1916 in Paris. He studied with Lucien Simon and Maurice Denis. He lived then in Segovia and Madrid, had brief residences in Germany, Austria and Italy, and continued travelling to different cities in Belgium, England, Spain, France and Switzerland.
