Paul Charles Chocarne-Moreau (Dijon, 1855 - Neuilly-sur-Seine, 1931) was a French painter and illustrator. He specialised in scenes from Parisian life whose heroes are usually young boys from from popular media (young apprentices, chimney sweeps, choir boys, and schoolchildren) engaged in all kinds of pranks.
